Hi all! My name is Natalie, and I’m the Event Director for DM 32. My Dance Marathon journey began my freshman year when a friend encouraged me to join the Event Committee. I’ve been on the team ever since and had the privilege of serving as the Entertainment Chair for two years before stepping into this director role.

As I’ve grown in this organization, so has my love for UIDM. I’ve seen firsthand the impact we have on families, and I carry that mission with me every day—especially with my cousin Lexi, who was diagnosed with leukemia, always in the back of my mind.

To our dancers: Your impact is so much greater than you may realize. You are the heart of this organization. Every time you show up, we see your passion and commitment. I can’t wait to get to know each of you and support you throughout your own DM journey. You continue to strengthen my “why,” and I’m inspired every single day by the work you do for the kids.
