Friday, 7:30-9:30 PM
Saturday, 2:30-7:30 PM
If you are attending the Big Event during our visiting hours, arrive at the Hubbard Commons entrance of the IMU, and proceed to the check-in tables. Bag check will be available. Visitors may begin arriving as early as 7:00PM on Friday night to prepare for the start of opening ceremonies.

Volunteer check-in will take place in the Hubbard Commons beginning at 7:15PM Friday and 2:30PM Saturday.
