Dance Marathon always strives to find places where we could improve and to create a plan to make progress on those improvements. An area we have identified for improvement is the sustainability of our organization. We have created a Strategic Plan where we outline goals and breakdown specific steps we are working on to achieve these goals in the next few years. You can view the plan here.
