Hi! I’m Aubrey, the Recruitment & Retention Director for Dance Marathon 32. UIDM has been one of the most transformative parts of my college experience. It’s where I’ve found purpose, passion, and people who truly care. As someone who gets to help connect others to this movement, I’m constantly inspired by the people, energy, and heart each story brings to our cause.

 

To our dancers,

You are the reason this organization grows every year. Whether it’s your first time being a dancer or your fourth Big Event, your commitment helps build something powerful, a community rooted in compassion, driven by impact, and made up of people who show up for the kiddos and families who need it most.  Every dollar, every hour, every moment matters. You have the power to change lives, including your own.
