Hi there! My name is Alyssa Ackerman, and I’m proud to serve as the Sponsorship Director for Dance Marathon 32. I’m currently a senior at the University of Iowa, majoring in Business Analytics and Information Systems. This is my fourth year involved with Dance Marathon, and over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible impact this organization has—not only on the families we support, but also on the students who rally behind them.

Take in every moment, seriously! Your time in UIDM will be over before you know it. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone, say yes to new opportunities, and give this experience everything you have. The growth you’ll find, the connections you’ll make, and the impact you’ll leave behind will stay with you long after your student years are over.
