Hi everyone! My name is Grace Zorich, and I’m so excited to serve as the Inclusion and Opportunity Director for UIDM 33. I’m studying Education Studies and Human Relations, with minors in Social Work and Human Relations, and I hope to become a school counselor one day.

This year, my goal is to create a more inclusive environment where every dancer and leadership member feels seen, valued, and able to find their place within DM. This organization is filled with so much love, and I want everyone to truly feel and experience that.

 My “why” is rooted in the belief that every child and family deserves support, compassion, and a strong community, especially during some of life’s darkest moments. Kids deserve to be kids, no matter what they’re going through.
