Hi! My name is Joseph Hughes and I am the DM33 Sponsorship Director. I was first introduced to UIDM during my sophomore year. Since then my connection to this organization has grown. Meeting the strongest and bravest kiddos and families has shown me the impact that we can make. I have also met the most amazing group of friends and supporters while in DM who share the same mission of supporting families and kiddos so that kids can be kids.

Get out of your comfort zone and take in every moment. From dancer meetings, to family events, to the big event, every moment will influence you more than you realize. Know that you are making an impact on something bigger than yourself, be proud of that. Remember that you are part of a community rooted in love and support. Lean on your peers for help, take risks, and cherish every moment.
